Golden, Silver or Bronze?

How do i judge?
First, if you have your website hosted on Yahoo Geocities, Freewebs or Piczo, then i am afraid you can't get golden award because of to many annoying ads, so if you have hosting and domain, that is a big plus!

Decent Design is very important, and good navigation, also if you last updated your website in (for example) in 2005, you definitely won't win golden award, so updating your website now and then is also important.

And last but not least, good information and images which is hard to find on other sites. Have fun! :)
